Foundation & Relief Fund

The Austin EMS Foundation is funded by donors and supports both patients and members in a pinch.

Client assistance reimbursementReimbursement for a patient's or client's basic needs, capped at $50. Relief fund requestFinancial assistance for members from the relief fund. Donate to the foundationSupport the relief fund and client assistance.

Incident Reports

Data collection, not discipline. These are for interactions on scene between ATCEMS and other agencies — good or bad; kudos count too. Not the place to vent, spread rumors, or report things that happened off the job. The goal is to see patterns between agencies so we can fix them.

Fire incident reportIncidents between ATCEMS personnel and AFD firefighters or ESD firefighters, patients, or others on scene. Law enforcement incident reportIncidents between ATCEMS personnel and APD, TCSO, DPS, or other police or security personnel.
